Ghana skipper John Mensah has not yet recover fully for the Guinea assignment and information gathered by johntherock5.com indicate that manager Goran 'Plavi' Stevanovic may rest him for the more difficult quarter final assignment
Mensah told johntherock5.com that "I feel better now, but it difficult to play, not withstand I believe in God and I believe in his miracles so anything can happen but all will depend on the technical team. If God permit, after today's training I will know weather am fully ready for the game"
The Rock, as he is affectionately called suffered a muscle contusion injury in the Ghana-Botswana game, but a close monitoring on him shows that he is recovering.
Meanwhile, the tough defender has urged his colleagues to complete the group campaign with a hundred percent record by winning against Guinea tomorrow.
"We have a foot at the quarter final, but we are not leaving anything to chance, we will go all out, the players are determined to go the extra mile for Ghana," he added.
