Black Stars deputy skipper, Mensah revealed that: “The three of
us are mentally and physically ready for the Congo game, and
I believe so do my comrades.
“As I pointed out some few days ago, the Congo game
is more important to me and my guys. A win will certainly
urge us on to do our country proud in England, where
most us ply our trade,” Mensah added.
“Ghanaians should pray for us ,because Congo match won’t be easy and I known we will give out our best for ourselves, Ghanaians and our new coach”
He noted that he has been in constant touch with the other
members of the team, and their response attest to the fact
that they are combat ready.
